Streetside Parking shows you where you can park in New York City, reminds you before you have to move your car, and saves your spot automatically when you leave it.

Common questions

The app didn't save my spot. Make sure Location is set to "Always" for Streetside Parking in Settings. The app learns your car's Bluetooth the first time you drive with it connected; CarPlay works right away. If you swipe the app away in the app switcher, open it again before you park.

How do I add another car? Connect your phone to the car's Bluetooth (you don't need to be driving) and open Settings, then My cars. Or just drive it once with Bluetooth on. You can remove a car there too.

It picked the wrong side of the street. Tap your curb on the map. The rules, reminders and widget switch to that side.

A curb shows the wrong color. The app uses the City's sign data, which sometimes lags behind the street. Please tell us the block and side so we can look into it.

How do I cancel? Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Streetside Parking.
